- We are dedicated to providing excellent primary healthcare to an underserved area/population
- Meeting primary healthcare needs of both acute and chronic diseases and injuries
- Chouteau County Montana has a population of 6000 residents and has an HPSA score of 15 showing significant lack of medical care
- I am a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years in healthcare. I am licensed, able, and willing to provide excellent healthcare
- I am looking to remodel an existing facility in the center of this underserved area, purchase medical equipment and computers to startup this new facility
- Current staff will include myself and my office manager/receptionist/janitor
