• The mission of (Accessing New Opportunities Within & Worldwide Inc (ACCESS NOWW) is to assist youth and young adults in achieving success through personal and professional development activities and civic engagement projects. The organization also provides access to educational endeavors, entrepreneurial opportunities, and networking connections.
• Worldwide, young women and men are making important contributions as productive workers, entrepreneurs, consumers, citizens, members of society, and agents of change. Yet many of them face high levels of economic and social uncertainty (O’Higgins, 2017). A difficult transition into the world of work has consequences not only for young people themselves but also for their families and communities. 
• In terms of market opportunity, ACCESS NOWW services provided are under the professional/personal development sector, targeting entrepreneurs, self-starters, and leaders. The target population for ACCESS now is young adults 18-35 years old and youth 13-17 years old.
• ACCESS NOWW is a non-profit organization that focuses on providing youth and young adults with the necessary tools, resources, and guidance for personal and professional development. The funding that has been requested will be used for the following strategies to improve youth outcomes:
  1.    The creation of both self-employment opportunities.
• The Incubator/Accelerator Program to support business start-ups and expand existing small businesses
  2.    Providing skills development training to the youth labor force.
• Providing training, workshops, and seminars that will build professional skills (hard and soft skills)
  3.    Creating an enabling environment for the employment generation of youth.
•  Providing internship opportunities, coaching, and mentorship
  4.    Providing venture capital funds for innovative/creative young professionals.
• Hosting pitch/demo day and access to capital webinars
• The ACCESS NOWW teams include an executive director, a deputy director, a public relations officer, and two internationally based program managers.
