What is the problem you are solving? The aging population and the increasing need for in-home care, as well as institutionalization. We seek to provide an alternative to long term care facilities where the staff/resident ratios leave a lot to be desired.
ow is your product/service solving the problem? We would like to offer a home, for the elderly that will be like living "at home," instead of a long term care facility. Our aim is to enable the elderly to stay home longer. However, the cost of 24/7 care in a person's home is high. With a home, where we can house 4-5 elderly residents, we can provide a staff/resident ratio of 2/4 or 2/5 at a much lower cost to the elde
Why are you uniquely qualified? I am a Registered Nurse and have been in home healthcare for approximately 5 years 2 of which I have run my own home care agency. I believe I am more than qualified to take on this task. I am very motivated and am willing to take on the responsibility of ensuring that this endeavor will not fail. I am willing to work 24/7 to ensure that care is provided and I will not allow for the project to fail. I will evaluate the success monthly to ensure needed changes are made as quickly and efficiently as possible.
