Help Us Help Distressed Families

We are requesting gift donations and/or grants from community-minded individuals and organizations. We are not a nonprofit organization, so donations will not be tax-deductible. Our initial goal is to obtain adequate start-up funds to cover expenses such as purchasing HVAC supplies and equipment, home energy auditing equipment and office equipment. Afterwards, we seek additional funds to help those that can benefit from our services. Our goal is to obtain funding from Federal, State and Utility programs and Grants which would enable us to repair and/or replace any inefficient/defective heating and cooling systems. With such funding, we will be able to help those in our community that can’t afford such repairs.

We are registered with the Virginia State Corporation Commission(SCC), we have our Federal Employer Identification Number(EIN) and have obtained the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation(DPOR) VA Class A Contractor License(HVA). In addition, we have our City of Portsmouth, VA business license.

My team consists of myself, Yvonne Clanton, as President and Donald Clanton, as Secretary. In addition, we will use supporting sub-contractors. Both myself and husband have 30+ years of doing voluntary and paid HVAC work throughout the State of Virginia. Please Help Us Help Our Community!
