Mission Statement= To inspire a healthier lifestyle by producing refreshing, organic, all natural delicious snow cones to not only families but to all-people young and old.

Sno Juice is needed because it is the only place in Baton Rouge where people can enjoy an all natural, organic, yet very tasty refreshing snow cone. We provide an inviting clean healthy atmosphere for families to make memories and enjoy a snow cone that not only taste good but is good for their bodies.

The target audience is mothers and their children but I will also be traveling to schools, football games, nursing homes, I can be booked for private parties so the options are limitless.
- I am seeking funding (along with my own funding) to get this business up and running this summer instead of next. I humbly admit, I can’t do it on my own. I plan on spending the funding on the trailer, contractor-Ross Daigle, the strictly organic flavored syrups, and the website. I will use my own money for all other cost. (Truck, gas, legal fees, a/c, utilities cost, salaries etc.)
- I have a great team of people who have successfully built and ran their own businesses for decades as mentors. These three individuals Dave Davis, Ross Daigle and David Arseneault are my eyes and ears that I bring potential problems and get advice from. On the employee side, I have two assistant managers who have an excellent reputation and will be looking to hire 1-2 part time staff members.

- Are the syrups full of sugar? No, they have just enough organic sugar and or sweetener to sweeten it but the sugar index in comparison to "regular" snowballs is 50 to 60% less.
- Will you be at one location? No, we travel so to keep up with where we will be in your city you can always find us on Instagram. We will update our location daily whether its a farmers market, football game, downtown area or a private party. (We will not disclose a private location.)
- Where did you find your product? I did a lot of searching for something truly wholesome and delicious. I'm working with a new company thats based in California that delivers natural flavors and certified organic flavors. I only sell organic. Only the best for my customers!
I thought heavily about starting my own business doing this because I'm good at finding a place for everything and organizing someone else's space and I genuinely LOVE the process!
